Tranexamic acid (TRANEXAMIC ACID) is a well-known molecule in medicine, commonly used as an antifibrinolytic due to its ability to inhibit plasmin. In addition, Tranexamic Acid acts on the keratinocyte that contains melanin, interrupting the inflammatory process that favours the generation of spots after external aggressions or lesions such as acne.
